We will be traveling to Yoyogi National Gymnasium #2 to watch Miss International and will arriving at the Narita International Airport. We will tour Tokyo during our stay.

Hi there,
If you are just in Tokyo, then you may be better off just buying a Suica IC card + a discounted Narita Express return ticket. If you plan on going outside of Tokyo but not too far, then look at using a Tokyo Wide Pass by JR East.
