We will be in Japan for a total of 15 days. We will spend 5 days in Tokyo, travel to Irumashi for one night, travel to Kyoto for 5 days, Osaka for 2, and on to Hiroshima before traveling back to USA. What pass is best - 7 day and can we use the JR pass for travel in those cities (subway or train)?

To help me find the best option, could you tell me from what airport you will fly back to the USA?
This could make quite a difference on what pass is best.
