Hi there,
Yes - first travel to Tokyo station from Haneda Airport (using the Tokyo Monorail + JR Yamanote line). Then use the Hayabusa Shinkansen to Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto station and finally the ltd. express train from there to Sapporo. The full route is covered by the JR Pass.
