This is my itinerary for Tohuku, is it doable? I'm thinking of buying the 7days JR pass
23Oct - Arrive TYO exchange JR PASS
Take train to Tokyo station to catch Tohuku Shinkansen train to HACHINOHE.Stay in Hachinohe
24Oct - Take JR Bus to Oirase & Lake Towada
25Oct – Check out hotel. Take train to Shin Aomori
26Oct - Aomori to Mt Hakkoda
27Oct - Take Limited Express Tugaru train from Aomori to Akita . Check-in Akita hotel
28OCT - From Akita take Resort train (Gono line) to Juniko 12 lakes
29Oct - JR Train Akita to Tokyo

Hi Luan,
I checked your itinerary and it looks completely doable (and fun!) to me.
A 7 day JR Pass would work well here.
