JRPass fits my itinerary?

Hello!!

In June i will travel to Japan for 14 days, arriving at Osaka and flying out from Tokio. We will spend a week or 10 days in Osaka/Kioto region and one more week in Tokio and sorroundings. For this itinerary with just 1 long train trip (Kioto/Tokio), it is worth getting a JRPass?

Hi there,

For this trip, it would most likely not be worth it to get a JR Pass. If you added some more day trips, like Himeji, Hiroshima or similar, then it would be different.
