I would buy normal tickets here, a JR Pass would be good if used for a return Tokyo - Osaka.

For Kyoto station, can I take Shinkansen to Tokyo or at Shin Osaka station, it under Tokaido Line.
And what is the price

In Tokyo, what prepaid card to purchase.
From Tokyo to Narita or Haneda airport by Shinkansen what is the price.
