I will travel to Japan 8 – 23 Nov 2015. Need your advise if below plan is ok?
Reach Osaka airport (overnight at airport) – go to Tokyo (5d 4n visit Disneysea, Nikko National park)– go to Kiikatsuura (2d 1n visit Kumano Nachi Taisha – go to Kyoto for 4d 3 n – go to Uji (2d 1n tea capital of) – go back Kyoto for 2 nights visit Ohara – go to Osaka for 3 nights before flying back.

Hello there,
I would recommend the 7 day JR Pass for your itinerary and use it to travel from Osaka - Tokyo (including Nikko, Disneyland - Kiikatsuura - Kyoto). This would allow you to make very good savings over purchasing normal tickets.
You can then buy normal tickets for Kyoto/Osaka, as local travel in the Kansai Area is relatively low.
