Hello there,
Ill be going to Japan in two Weeks. now i wont need the pass for the first few days. how would i go about this? can i activate the pass in tokio itself as well or only at the airports?

Hi there,
The JR Pass can be activated at most major airports and train stations in Japan, so you'll have no problem doing so in Tokyo.
