Do we need JR Passes?

Hi,
My friend and I are trying to work out any combination of the JR Pass, JR Regional Pass or Bus passes that may work in our favour as it currently does not look like it would be worth buying any. We have both got suica cards.

5th July: Land Narita Airport - Tokyo (Shinjuku)
6th July: Shinjuku to Harajuku return
7th July: Shinjuku to Shibuya to Osaka
8th - 10th July: Osaka local travel
11th July: Osaka to Awaji return
12th - 13th: Osaka local travel
14th July: Osaka to Shin-Yokohama return
15th July: Osaka to Kyoto
16th July: Kyoto local travel
17th July: Kyoto to Gion return
18th July: Kyoto to Nara return
19th - 20th July: Kyoto local travel
21st July: Kyoto to Hiroshima
22nd July: Hiroshima to Miyajima Island return
23rd July: Hiroshima to Himeji to Tokyo
24th July: Tokyo to Akihabara return
25th July: Tokyo to Harajuku to Shibuya return
26th July: Tokyo to Mitaka return
27th - 29th July: Tokyo local travel
30th July: Tokyo to Haneda Airport
