You can use the JR Pass to travel to all these cities and you will make good use of a 14 day JR Pass here.

For travel times and route information, I recommend learning to plan with Hyperdia this way you can find any route/timetable and more. It's a great tool for planning with the JR Pass. We also have a useful interactive map with all JR lines included.

I also recommend reading up on travel around Hakone/Fuji, the JR Pass can not always be used in the area. You can find the details here: Fuji.

Where do you suggest going/staying near Mt Fuji without having to change trains?
Is there a place near the main train line that you can still see Fuji from?

You can view Fuji from the Tokaido Shinkansen line.

You could get off the train and view Fuji from the station at stations like Atami, Odawara, Mishima.

There's not clear one way route otherwise. You could look into using a tour instead or express bus from Tokyo.
