i want to go to haneda airport with the night train, shinkansen directly without transfer, is it possible? is is possible perhaps at 12 midnight?

There are no night trains to Haneda Airport, nor Shinkansen. I recommend checking our JR Pass Map resourches to find out what matches you best.
