I booked the JR Pass an hour ago, and was supposed to get the confirmation mail in few minutes as the post says. The mail hasn't arrived yet, is this normal?

Hi there!
Sometimes confirmation emails can be filtered by your email software, so it's always worth checking your spam folder. If you placed your order and would like to check your status please email [email protected] with your order number, or the email address you used to place your order.
