Turning in Pass for Tickets

hi! we arrive at narita at 9pm on a saturday night. will i be able to change in the pass for the tickets at that location at that time after i go through customs? planning on using the tickets to get to my hotel in tokyo.

Hello there,

The exchange office at Narita Airport is open until 21:45, so there's a good chance it it may have been closed once you pass trough customs.

If the exchange office is closed, consider buying a 1,500yen ticket for travel between Tokyo - Narita Airport.

Annoying to have to spend more $, but nothing I can do I guess. Can you tell me where I will be able to turn in the pass for a ticket closest to my hotel? I am staying at the Park Hotel Tokyo. Thanks!

Your hotel is close to Tokyo and Shinagawa station. You can exchange your JR Pass at either station in case Narita Airport does not work out.
