Hi there!

To travel from Shin-Osaka to Narita Airport take the Shinkansen from Shin-Osaka to Tokyo station and from Tokyo station use the Narita Express to the airport. The complete route is covered by the JR Pass.

Thank-you very much .......If I would like to go to Narita Train Station and not the Airport, will I still catch the bullet train in Osaka to Tokyo Station and then get a train to Narita Train Station?

Yes pretty much, just not the Narita Express from Tokyo. Instead you can use the JR Kashima Line to Narita station.
