Our flight takes off on jan 2nd at 6 am from Minneapolis MN

Would it be possible to pay extra and use FedEx custom critical shipping? I looked at FedEx website and that is the only FedEx open on New Year's Day. Or if we had it shipped to the hotel in Tokyo, Japan, when would we expect it to arrive? Thank you so much!

I've contacted our FedEx representative and unfortunately we cannot offer any guarantees for delivery on the 1st of Jan (expected delivery date is the 2nd of Jan to MN, which will be too late I'm afraid). As Japan celebrates New Year I think the best thing to do is to try and purchase a Rail Pass from a local supplier. While you may have to pay a bit more for this service it is your best option in these circumstances I think.
