Question regarding exchange procedure info on exchange order

So I've purchased 3 seperate passes all at once for a trip covering from july 5th to august 28th. I have just received the orders and the issue date given is 12th of june.
My worry with this is that in the exchange procedure section it mentions you can start the pass any day within 1 month of the issued pass date (12th june).

Does this mean I will not be allowed to exchange my passes past july 12th? If so this is an issue as I would be activating the first pass on july 6th and the other two outside the 1 month period.

I purchased refund protection and wondered if this means I need to refund two of the passes
