JR Pass or Regular Tickets

Hello,

We will be traveling to Japan from June 6-19, 2024
Visiting Tokyo, Hiroshima, Osaka, Kyoto with a side trip to Nara.
Taking the train to all the popular tourist spots in all the all the places we are visiting.
Debating if we should buy the 14 day JR pass or buy individual tickets?
In reference to all the YouTube videos, some say yes and some say no due to the increase in JR pass prices.
How much are individual train ride tickets within Tokyo?
How much are the Shinkansen tickets from...
Tokyo to Hiroshima? Is there a JR Shinkansen direct to Hiroshima or we need to buy the Nozomi ticket separately?
Hiroshima to Osaka?
Osaka to Kyoto?
Kyoto to Tokyo?
