Exchange ticket at Hanade Airport

7:45-18:30

Thanks for your reply.

That's mean I can't exchange the pass at Haneda Airport because the office closes at 6:30 pm.

You can still travel to Tokyo station or Shinagawa and exchange the JR Pass there.

If I have already exchanged the ticket, can I reserve online the Shinkansen Hikari seat tickets.

Its only possible to do so online.
