Confuse about limited express trains

Hi,
Confusing about the ltd. exp train in hyperdia, although there is a green train icon but not so sure if it ok for JR Pass.
I have a trip from Nikko --> Shinjuku ---> Kawaguchiko ---> Shinjuku.
There's a few trains that are ltd. exp (limited express) such as

LTD. EXP Kaiji 116,
LTD. EXP Nikko 8,
LTD. EXP Azusa 36

Can anyone please tell me these trains CAN use with JR Pass. (not JR East)
Because I read a few website which inform that some of limited express trains must pay additional fee.

Hi there,

The LTD. EXP Kaiji 116 and LTD. EXP Azusa 36 are covered by the JR Pass. However the LTD. EXP Nikko 8 requires an addition fee as part of the journey is traveled on railway tracks belonging to an other company.

You can however use the JR Nikko line in combination with the Shinkansen for free to travel from Nikko if you have a JR Pass.

Hi,

How can I search trains covered by JR pass on Hyperdia? I selected JR, UNselected Private Railway and NOZOMI , but it still show up warning: "the search results below may contain some routes not suitable for JR pass...."?

I need make trips from Narita T1 to Matsumoto, then to Nagoya, and then to Osaka and then to Hiroshima, are the following trains covered by the JR pass?

Ltd. Exp Narita express 10
Ltd. Exp AZUSA 13
Ltd. Exp Super AZUSA 15
Shinkansen Asama 515
LTD. EXP (WIDE VIEW) SHINANO 16 and 22
LTD. EXP HARUKA 29
SHINKANSEN SAKURA 565
SHINKANSEN HIKARI 473
