We will arrive Nrita airport on August 3 at 3:55pm. After Custom Clearance and pick up luggage we plan to take 6:30pm train from NARITA AIRPORT TERMINAL 1 to TOKUYAMA. Can we get one month early reservation to guarantee we can get on to SUNRISE SETO at 10:00pm? Any suggestion for reservation online or direct line? Thank you.

If you are a non-Japanese speaker, the best thing I can think of is to ask a friend in Japan, or your hotel, to place a reservation on your behalf. You could visit a local JTB travel agency in Canada, however they will charge you for the reservation and so you may be better off booking a mid range hotel in Tokyo or Yokohama on arrival. (actually, if you're coming off a flight, I really recommend this vs getting on a sleeper train!).
