ask subway/train/mrt line that work with jr pass

Hi there!

Here's a train map of all JR Lines covered in Tokyo.

Here's map for Osaka and Kyoto with all lines that are covered.
This includes the Osaka loop line.

These lines will get you to most places in the big cities but note that travel on other companies such as the Tokyo Metro (Asakusa, Ginza, Marunouchi, and Shinjuki line) and the Kyoto Subway (Karasuma and Tozai line) do not accept the JR Pass, the unfortunately also applies to the Nagoya Municipal Subway.
