Hokuriku Arch Pass

Hi there,

1.) You can use any Shinkansen between Tokyo - Kanazawa, just be aware that the Kagayaki train needs a prior reservation.

5.) You can use the Narita Express for free to Narita Airport. This is a different train from the Skyliner.

"Are public transport in Kanazawa city and Toyama city covered by this pass?" Local JR buses in Kanazawa are covered but other transport, such as the metro are not.

"Which website or app should I rely on for accurate timetables and platform information?" A good app to plan is called Navi time.

"Can I request for a start date of the pass to be different from the arrival date in Japan?" Yes, you can select your own starting date once you arrive in Japan.

"Once the pass is ordered, how long does it take to receive this pass?" See our delivery times page for details, I recommend ordering at least 2 weeks before your travel date.
