me and my auntie planed to visit japan from (today) 8th to 25th of april 2019. We had to cancel our journey because the husband of my auntie got very sick all of a sudden two days ago.
The date of issue on our jr-passes (regional pass, 7 days) is the 22nd of March 2019, we did not exchange the coupon.
is it possible to cancel the jr-pass?
is it possible to somehow preserve or freeze it until we actually go to japan? I know that the coupon is only valid for three month...
is it possible to give it to someone else?
