yokohama to hakone

Hello there,

There's enough in Hakone to stay a night, at the same time, making a day trip works great as well.

You can use the JR Tokaido line from Yokohama station to Odwara station in about 50minutes. From Odawara locals transport runs troughout the area.

I will be in tokyo for 3 days then go disneyland for
another 3 days then go yokohama 3 days (with one day
trip to hakone).
Is there any special jr pass that i can buy
so that transport can be cheaper and faster?

Not really, you can however use JR or Tokyo Metro day passes within Tokyo. These cost 750yen for once day and can be purchased directly at ticket machines at the stations.
