Should we get the JR Hokkaido pass?

Hi! My family and I are visiting Hokkaido, and we're trying to decide if the JR Hokkaido pass is a good deal for us. We will be traveling from:

New Chitose Airport to Sapporo
Using buses in Sapporo for two days
Sapporo to Noribetsu Onsen
Noribetsu Onsen to Furano
Furano to Otaru
Otaru to Sapporo
Sapporo to New Chitose Airport

We may not be taking the trains to the airport and back because of the times of our flights.

Do you think we should buy the seven-day JR Hokkaido pass? We appreciate any advice you can give us!
