Should I get a 14 day JR Pass?

Hi, my husband and I will be heading to Japan at the end of September for our honeymoon. I've been trying to do research and have been contemplating whether to purchase the JR rail pass or not.

Below is our itinerary:

Sept 26: Arrive @ Haneda Airport
Sept 26 -30 - TRAVEL within the Tokyo area (Shinjuku, Shibuya, Asakusa, Harajuku, Akihabara, Tsukiji, Ginza, etc)
Oct 1 - TRAVEL to onsen in Kawaguchiko (Shuhoukaku Kogetsu @ 2312 Kawaguchi, Fujikawaguchiko, Minamitsuru District, Yamanashi 401-0304, Japan)
Oct 2 - TRAVEL from Kawaguchiko to Osaka
Oct 2 - 9 - Explore around the Osaka area (Dotonburi, Nara, Kobe, Kyoto, Universal Studios)
Oct 10 - Travel from Osaka to Nagoya
Oct 10-11 - Explore Nagoya & go to Ghibli Park
Oct 12 - Travel from Nagoya to Arashiyama, Kyoto
Oct 12-13 - Travel within the Arashiyama area
Oct 14 - Travel from Arashiyama to Tokyo
Oct 14 - 19 - Travel within Tokyo area again
Oct 20 - Fly out from Haneda

I was thinking of getting the 14 day JR pass and activate it on Oct 2 right before we travel to Osaka. When we are exploring in Tokyo Sep 26-30 & Oct 14-19 we can purchase single tickets.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated!
