Pass

Hi,
My plan is:
29/03 Tokyo
31/03 Tokyo to Kyoto
04/03 Kyoto to Osaka
07/03 Osaka to Nara
08/03 Nara to Tokyo

We are 2 adults and 2 kids (6&11years) I would like to ask if you can recommend the best and cheap option to travel? Probably the best option is the.7 days National pass but it is very expensive I was wondering if is better do the osaka-Tokyo Hokuriku Arch pass? Or buy the single bullet train just to go to Kyoto and come back to Tokyo and then using just regional between osaka and Kyoto ?
Can you let me know where I can find the calculator, I couldn’t find it.
