JR Setouchi Area Pass

we are heading to japan this week, I just want to double check if the place below would be covered under our JR Setouchi Area Pass

UMEDA SKY BUILDING

Arashiyama
Toei Kyoto studio

Kiyomizu dera

**if not what would be your recomended local pass that we should buy (different subway line makes me confuse on which pass to buy on top of our Setouchi Area Pass

by the way we are coming from fokouka that was the reason we got this pass and we are tyring to explore osaka, kyoto and narra for 3 days
