Jr pass and green car

Hi, we are a group of 3 adults and 2 children (age 7 and 11) and we will be travelling to Japan in Nov 2023. We have the following queries;

1. Our current itinerary is haneda -> shinagawa station -> Kyoto -> kintetsu nara -> mishima station -> kawaguchiko station -> Shinjuku station. Based on our itinerary, is is worth while for us to get the jr pass? What other pass should we buy on top of the jr pass?

2. We are thinking to book the green car ticket. But how do we know if the train we are taking will have the green car? Does every train come with green car?
