Is it correct what HiperDia tells me?

I have a question that I have to know it is correct before buying the Japan Rail Pass!

I'm doing a schedule search for a family trip that we're going to do in next August by Japan. We are 5 people, and we will buy (I hope) the Japan Rail Pass Green Car for 14 days!?

When doing the search of schedules in "HyperDia" I notice that on August 14th early morning from Tokyo Train Station to Kii Katsuura train station, in Wakayama Prefecture we only have SHINKANSEN NOZOMI and JR NANKI and both trains are not included in the Japan Rail Pass we would have to pay the whole trip! Is it correct?

We can not reach Kii Katsuura Station (Wakayama Prefecture) from Tokyo Station using the Japan Rail Pass? Can you help me please?
