I'll be arriving Japan on April 17th 06:20 AM. If I start using my 7 days JR pass, when will it be finished April 24th 6:20 AM or April 23th 11:59 PM? Thank you.

Hi there,
The JR Pass is counted in consecutive days and the first day is counted as a full day, no matter what time you start using it. Starting the JR Pass on the 17th will mean that the last day of validity is the 23rd.
