Hi, we are trying to plan our visit in 2 weeks and are having trouble understanding the timetables and routes. We already purchased our 14-day JR Pass, and would like to map out some routes on the Hikari train.
1. Kyoto to Hiroshima on February 21
2. Hiroshima to Hakone on the 26th
When I look on hyperdia and uncheck Nozomi, etc., I get "no routes."

Hi there,
I expect you may be using the wrong setting in Hyperdia and/or use the wrong stations.
For Hakone, use Odawara station and make sure the Shinkansen option in Hyperdia is selected.
