We have booked accommodation in December 2014 at
Fujikawaguchiko Onsen Konanso - Fujikaw aguchiko

We will purchase a JR rail pass 7 day (green we think) before leaving australia
as
Arrive narita airport Tokyo going to Kyoto back to Fujikaw aguchiko then to Asakusa (Asakusa Central Hotel)
Closest station they recomend at Mt Fuji is Kaw aguchiko Train Station

What is the best way to get to Asakusa Central Hotel from Kaw aguchiko train station there are 3 of us with luggage

Hi there,

You will want to make your way from Kawaguchiko to Ueno station. From here you can either take the Tokyo Metro to Asakusa or a taxi.

Here is an example route Kawaguchiko - Ueno. Note that the part between Kawaguchiko and Otsuki station is not included in the JR Pass.
