Will be visiting Japan in February and will be purchasing a seven day JR Pass. We will be traveling from Ueno to Shizuoka on the 14th and then from Shizuoka to Narita on the 19th, but I’m not sure of times. What options are there for reserving seats?

There are a lot of seats and trains traveling between Tokyo - Shizuoka, so you don't have to worry about seating.
