Tokyo - Fuji - Hakone

Hi there,
i am a solo traveler and booking trip to Japan for 13 - 18 May
I will be arriving at Narita, planning to stay a night in Tokyo, Shinjuku area
the next day going to Hakone, and then to Fuji 5 lake and planning to spend one night there

From Fuji back to Tokyo and stay there for the rest

Would you please advise what pass should I buy, is JR Kanto pass worth to purchase or better i just usethe top up card and buy the single rip ticket
