I'm trying to buy a ticket for my mother, but I'm not able to fill her birthday, which it is March, 1st, 1935. The problem is the year - no year bellow 1936 is allowed in the JR Pass form. Any idea how should I proceed?

Hi there,
Please select the earliest year available on the form (1936). This will not cause any issues when she exchanges the voucher or travels in Japan.
