Should I get the JR Pass and what pass

Hi there,

Planning a trip which requires me to take the
1. JR Chuo Special Rapid Service from Tokyo to Sagamiko (2 way) +
2. Tokaido Shinkansen from Tokyo to Nagoya (1 way) +
3. Kintetsu Nagoya to Kintetsu Nagashima (2 way) +
4. Meitetsu Nagoya to Central Japan International Airport (1 way)

Over a span of 5 days. Is it more worth it to get a JR Pass? What kind of pass specifically?
