I have ordered today my JR Pass to receive it at my hotel in Kanazawa where I will be arriving April the 16th. Will it have arrived by then?

Yes, we deliver within Japan to most places within 2-3 business days. As Kanazawa is a major city, it should be there well on time and waiting for you.
I do recommend informing your hotel that you are expecting a package, so they keep an eye out for it.
