My husband and I are travelling first time to Japan arriving 3/6. We will arrive at Haneda Airport. Itinerary includes 3 days Tokyo Bay, 2 Days Kanazawa, 3 days Fukuoka, 3 days Kyoto and touring each area. Then back to Haneda to depart. Question: Is it cost effective for us to purchase JR PASS.

Hi there,
I would recommend purchasing your tickets individually, if cost is the main factor you're accounting for when looking at the JR Pass.
