Hello! I am going for 10 days arriving and departing to/from Osaka (KIX airport). Unfortunatelly JP does not cover 10 days, so I wonder if you could advise how to take the maximum advantage of the JR PASS, if I buy it for 7 days only. I will be staying close to Kamishinjoo station/Osaka. I would like to travel to to Kyoto and Nara. Thank you. Maryna

Hi there,
Generally, you would be fine with a 7 day JR Pass if you use it for your longer trips. For instance, adding a visit to Tokyo, Hiroshima or Fukuoka can really give you great value out of the JR Pass.
