My trip to Japan is less than 3 weeks away. I do not think my confirmatin will arrive in time because the postal service here is very slow. Is there any way to buy the pass in Japan and not have order in advance?

Hi there,
You can contact our support team at [email protected] and they can possibly organise having your pass exchange order shipped directly to your accommodation in Japan. Unfortunately you cannot purchase the JR Pass in Japan.
