I'm a Sri Lankan hoping to visit Japan on 02.04.2016. I'm expecting my visa on 30th. Can I get the rail pass after coming to Japan or do I have to purchase it before leaving Sri lanka?

The JR Pass can only be purchased outside of Japan.

If I book the pass on 30th March, can I receive it in Sri Lanka on 01st April or can I get it delivered to the place where I'm staying in Japan by 03rd April?

Hi there,
Both Sri Lanka and Japan would arrive in time. Shipping to Japan is a bit cheaper though.
