Hi Daniel,

I'm didint buy this via jr pass.com this time round as my parents brought it under jtb in our country. I'm only trying my luck to see if there is any kind soul would be able to clear my doubts but if this service is only meant for consumer on jr pass.com then I'm truly sorry for all this inconvenient cause. But I would still appreciate if there is any valuable feedback regarding my issue and I would truly like to seek profesional advice on this.

While I can not be sure 100% what the JR Staff will tell you. Generally the JR exchange process is not as strict, as say an airline might be. So I think its okay, however it would not hurt to double check with JTB if possible.

I truly appreciate the prompt reply and assistance that you have provided me even thought I'm not jr pass.com consumer yet. Which I will definaltely try if I were to travel to Japan again. I have contacted with the JTB but they told me it is alright. However I was still slightly concern as I read it from this website saying that it has to match. Based on your judgement on jrpass expert, do you think the name order on Chinese name affect the procedure!
