I am arriving at Narita on 2 April and have requested a Meet n Greet. My JR Pass is already in Japan as it was sent to a friend in Tokyo. How do I get the Pass activated if I don't physically have it with me when I arrive?

Hi there,
I’m afraid we cannot help you with obtaining the exchange order from your friend - is there any way they can come to the airport to bring it to you? You’ll need the physical order to activate the JR Pass.
