Planned to stay at bokurocho area. There is a direct JR route from kansai airport to bokurocho?or do i need to change the train at certains station?

Hi there,
I assume that you mean Bakurochō Station.
The area is located a good 5 to 6 hours away from Kansai airport and the route involves a couple of transfers.
