Hey! I just bought the JR pass today on August 2, 2023
and we leave for Japan on November 22nd 2023, I was wanting to activate it on November 23rd of 2023 and It said it will arrive September the 4th 2023. Will I still be able to activate it on November 23rd or does the activation date expire on November the 4th?

Hi there,
Your pass can be activated up to 3 months after issue date. If your pass was issued on the 2nd of August, then the last day would be Nov 1st.
Please contact our support team and we can reissue your pass at a later date.
