Hello, I will arrive in Japan on 31 January this month. I would like to use a JR pass for my trip to OSAKA. Do I have to book before I arrive in Japan or Can I book it when I am in JApan? Please help to recommend.

Hi there,
You'll need to have purchased your JR Pass outside of Japan. From there, an exchange order will be mailed to you which can be used to exchange your pass when in Japan.
