I received my Jr pass last Thursday date of issue on the ticket is march 5 2016, but my flight is on July 3 2016 to Tokyo
In the remark section it says that we have to exchange this order to Japan rail pass within 3 months of the date of issue
So I need to return this ticket and really order ?
Will they refund me?

If you purchased the JR Pass via www.jrpass.com, please send us an e-mail via [email protected] and we will help you find the best option.
Otherwise it would be best to contact your JR Pass re-seller and ask for the pass to be re-issued for a later date.
