hello! as I have understood about the JR pass (national) the last line in the north is hokuto. And if I wanted to go to biei blue pond, I'm gonna ride the JR Hokkaido Bus, right ? if no, how can I use or CAN I USE my JR pass to go to blue pond ?

Hi there,
As far as I could find out there is no JR bus going to this area. You can use the JR Pass to travel to Asahi station and from there take a bus that cost 540yen/one way.
