I need to travel from Tokyo Narita to Hiroshima in October. After a few days in Hiroshima, I have to make my way to Kyoto where I meet up with a tour group. Would the Japan Rail pass be good value just for these two trips or is it better to buy single tickets?

Hi there!
I looked up the normal ticket prices to see if a JR Pass would make sense.
Narita Airport - Hiroshima ¥ 20,740
Hiroshima - Kyoto ¥ 10,990
This adds up to ¥ 31,730 the 7 day JR Pass is 28,300 so you would be sure to make some nice savings with the JR Pass. You can also use the JR Pass to make a day trip to Miyajima.
